Pros
* Good products * A couple of excellent people who should escape to better jobs * Decent health care benefits for full-time employees * 401(k) plan for full-time employees * 10% cash bonus at end of December if the ever-increasing yearly sales target is met. (It wasn't met in 2018 so no bonus last year.)
Cons
* Very small company (10 people), so the incompetent people impact everyone * Low to extremely low pay * No health care benefits available for dependents; no life or disability insurance available; no health insurance if not full-time * Culture of fear, favoritism, back-stabbing, and lying * More people leave the company by getting fired than by getting a better job * Working from home greatly discouraged
