Business Outlook
Pros
Really great group of people for the most part. Work environment is pretty flexible regarding hours and working remotely. Lots of company perks and they kept me well-fed. Depending on the project, the work can be interesting.
Cons
Depending on your role, base salary is not competitive, bonus structure is not consistent, and career development is uneven. Overall mission was ambiguous, but it seemed like management was working to solidify that.
