Pros

Young and fun company making a real impact in the social media space. Lots of freedom to define your own job. Very smart people who come from great universities. Challenging, yet rewarding, work. Super positive energy in the company. Rewards risk-taking.

Cons

Very fast-paced. Sometimes long hours. Since it is still in start-up mode, it is not always clear what the direction is, but it is still always forward.

Pros

The team here is super smart, and we have thoroughly beaten our competition by building better products and with better strategy. Motivated people can really get stuff done and WILL be rewarded (I've been promoted several times). Just a fun place to work and have an outsize impact.

Cons

It's a startup so you're not going to find the same kind of "structure" as at a bigger company like Google, nor are you going to find the same benefits (boo hoo, no on-site massage) because the company doesn't make $10B in profit per year.
