Pros

Smart team, good management and a clean and professional environment make TrialPay an ideal place to work and enjoy your life.

Cons

They don't concentrate too much on architecture as they need to rapidly move product. This is fine, but it doesn't give you much chance to explore and grow technically.

Pros

Young and fun company making a real impact in the social media space. Lots of freedom to define your own job. Very smart people who come from great universities. Challenging, yet rewarding, work. Super positive energy in the company. Rewards risk-taking.

Cons

Very fast-paced. Sometimes long hours. Since it is still in start-up mode, it is not always clear what the direction is, but it is still always forward.

Pros

Great people. Some of the best I've had the pleasure of working with. Super flexible. Allowed me to be a great mom and great employee simultaneously.

Cons

Leadership over the past 18 months has been lacking. It has a reputation for being a boys club and while I disagree to some extent, I look at the board and the exec team and it is all men.
