Great place to get some experience and learn a lot

Pros

Great place to learn a lot and awesome people to work with. A small company means a lot more opportunity. Innovative group with lots of people willing to help and mentor others.

Cons

Constantly changing environment. Job stability is often a big question mark. Leadership is lacking higher up, and down the line there is a lot of pressure which in turn leads to lots of micromanagement.

There are some very bright and dedicated people working besides you. It's a very fun and social environment. Has decent perks.

Cons

Lacks leadership and growth opportunities after the first year or so. Health benefits is somewhat lacking.
