My job tenure with Trianz has been highly satisfactory so far. The work culture is way too good and unique, as compared to other IT companies. Trianz has some of the great international clients in multiple domain. The team here consists of some of the best associates. A good learning experience for freshers too.

Cons

Sometimes the work pressure is more, other than that its a good company.
