On time salary A very few good people

No work life balance No job security Strict 9 hour work from office Pressure us to deliver things quickly by assigning unknown technologies without even asking us our concern Very short term projects A lot of group politics If you say no to higher management on something you are out of tour job Communicate in multiple levels and ways to apply for leave If you resign yourself and you don’t have much dependency they will release you in seconds though we have 3 month notice period If you ask for early release when you have some dependency we have to pay back with GST But they don’t pay GST for our remaining leaves
