Documentation

Pros

Documentation is maintained, which saves time and reduces dependency on others when working on AWS architectures or Azure setups. I can usually find the information I need without repeated follow-ups. Understanding the formats early on helped me navigate cloud projects smoothly. It makes execution less stressful and more organised. Working on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code is great learning as DevOps engineer. Manager doesn't micromanage which lets me be creative in solving problems.

Cons

Some documentation needs periodic updates.

Great Work life balance

Pros

Work hours at here are respected, which helps me manage personal commitments. Tasks are planned, so I rarely face last-minute pressure on Concierto implementations. Most weeks feel balanced if I manage my priorities well. This allows me to focus on quality work on cloud migration and modernization without feeling rushed. Working on container migrations and Kubernetes implementations is helping build strong DevOps skills. Hybrid work policy is flexible which is big plus.

Cons

Peak project phases can temporarily increase workload.
