> Lot of opportunities to learn new technologies especially Bigdatata and cloud > Employee good work is highly appreciated and organization will let this know to higher management as well > Management and HR are supportive, Employee concerns are highly respected > Its very secured organization, Even Employee in bench for months, Trianz give ample number of opportunists to upgrade and learn new technologies and they never ask to quit > Very friendly environment and good work life balance > Job security is very good. > If you have offer from Trianz, You can join without any confusion

Sometime company fails to take care of big promises that they made to employee
