Pros

Very good growth trajectory in the past 2 yrs, has doubled revenue and headcount. Very clear focus on emerging technologies. If you have the will to work hard and sustain this is a very good place to work. Can see good changes being made to many hr policies; the tide is towards being talent centric... Just completed annual compensation increment activity, very good job done by hr and leadership team is establishing clear and logical approach with focus on rewarding high performance and also enough bandwidth to compensate business criticality.... Looking forward to many more exciting years here !! I currently work for Trianz and manage technology delivery for multiple clients

Cons

Only 2 large clients. Need very strong push to acquire new logos.... Top heavy, but seems like some of these are very clear investments. Hope all the strategies of leadership team will work and the growth story continues...

Since this organization works with fortune 500 companies, you would get to work on cutting edge technologies. Also, since the team sizes are small, you would get direct exposure to client during project execution
