Pros

Helpful colleagues and can spend some fun time in canteen for 15 mins a day... more than that is not allowed

Cons

Bad Senior management. A bunch of jokers running around the office with a very little knowledge about the work and employee satisfaction. They acquired a company which was already sinking, no projects no revenue.... PE director thinks policing on the employees will make them work more efficiently rather the opposite happens. And see now they fired the PE director in bangalore ..... Ha Ha ha This company is a joke...

Pros

Learning opportunites aboud if you are lucky, else you'll be shunted to do some pathetic abysmal work. I dont believe anyone works there out of choice.

Cons

Everything else. Sales and senior management promis arm and leg to the clients. Then force employees to match up. The leadership is delusional and not sure what kool aid is it drinking. Work-life balance doesnt exist. Even after I left, I have kept in tocuh and LMAO whenever I get to read the emails that leadership and CEO sends out from time to time. Utterly clueless. Classic case of emperors without clothes.

Good looking web site and procedures

Cons

Policies and procedures are defined but doesn't seem to be followed - they won't consider the one million good things employee done for the company, instead they will find or create bad names to fire the employee. I would suggest the present or future employees think twice before to stay or join this company ...
