If you cannot find any other job in any consulting firm and you really want to be a consultant... If you want to get a job at Cisco and have not found another way... Then Trianz is the way.

Cons

Vice Presidents are calling their staff "Excel monkeys" or "Powerpoint monkeys". Vice presidents have a very "hey, here's the hot potatoe, let me throw you in the water, sink or swim" attitude. Very little guidance (and for a reason: very little experience). Heard former Oracle implementation clients of theirs say: "Never again"

Pros

Despite being a terrible company to work for, there are some good, smart people in the company - unfortunately, none of them are leaders or decision-makers. Benefits are decent but not overly competitive to the market.

Cons

Bad leadership, terrible communications and no culture. If you're not a "yes-person" your time with the company will be limited. Dishonest and unethical.
