Cons

Not all but few of the junior level managers are not dynamic to take challenges moreover not sure about utilization of associate ideas, result innovation stop.

There is great opportunity to learn and grow. Recruitment process is very smooth and fast. HRs organise various sport's and cultural activities for fun and relaxation of employees. My selection process was very smooth and hustle free. HR was keeping me posted with the progress. My onboarding was also very smooth and from very first day I started getting knowledge and support from HRs as well as Management.
