Pros
TribalScale's core values are Transparency, Meritocracy, and Empowerment. They truly live by this. The executives are not kept at a distance. Everyone has access to everyone in the company, so if you wanted to chat with the CEO you can, which is very rare for a company. It's also a great place to work on emerging technology. During my stay at TribalScale I was able to create multiple products from inception to completion which was amazing because my designs actually ended up going to the public market. If you are interested in a design role then this is a great place for you. The design director empowers everyone on the design team to utilize their strengths and works with you on how to improve your areas of weakness. It's a great place to grow your skills and learn a lot of new methods for design with a rockstar design team. The culture is great. It's very laid back and they really trust you to get your work done.
Cons
Some process are still being worked out since this is still a fairly new company, but the opportunity there is that you can help influence that. They are still working on US benefits for the Irvine office. They have benefits for the Irvine office but are just working out the kinks. (not a huge deal)
