The people make the company. Wholly underappreciated how hard-working and dedicated they are and I love the team i work with. Good work-life balance and team environment within my immediate team. Positive changes continue and we always try to support each other.

Cons

Upper Management. 1. Decisions are made without looping in the people that will be using or supporting the software. 2. We need a quality control on training FAST. Techs are just thrown to the wolves. 3. Pay is awful. 4. Management is so far removed from what goes on and what it's like to do the job. They need a ride-along. 6. No real advancement. I'm here for the remote job and for my team.
