Pros

The job has independence and great co-workers.

Cons

Management recently changed and work environment is now horrible. Many long time managers and employees have left due to harassing and unfair behavior of VP from another region. Low staffing and no help, they do not care about patient only about money. Expect technologists to change schedules weekly. Cars are old and unsafe. Pay is fair but they cut hours often. They are losing clients and everyone is afraid for their jobs.

You have your own vehicle and uniforms are provided.

Cons

Worst company I have ever worked for. They will take advantage of you in every way. Call is horrendous. You work whenever they want and will send you when they don't need you. Pay is deplorable. Raises are worse.
