Decent company, less than stellar customer

Pros

Good project management, mostly veteran teams, friendly and professional yet can be relaxed. Lots of hours, decent pay.

Cons

They don’t stand up to customers who abuse employees in a meaningful way, they don’t incite upward progression in mid level staff, especially those working in the field. You just kind of stagnate after a while. Nearly nil work/life balance, you will spend (least on my contract) 10 months in the field away from your home. Living in a budget hotel/extended stay sucks.
