"Leaders" who do not lead, misogynistic culture, limited opportunity for advancement, cut-throat culture, no accountability from the top down, no discipline at any level

Pros

Great subsidiary of Honeywell International. The people you work with are fantastic. Exciting software technology that is world renowned. Average benefits for a Fortune 100 company.

Cons

Biggest challenge facing the division/company is that it is owned by Honeywell. Too much corporate interference & influence on future direction and vision of the company's technology. Upper management churn is significant resulting in lack of solid direction for the future.
