Pros
Trifacta is on the rise. The company is in a prime space with a lot of activity. The market movements are very exciting right now as the company establishes itself as the Dataprep leader. In addition, great co-workers, competitive compensation, easy pivot to remote working during the pandemic and attention to the well being of the employees. We work hard and we enjoy fun times as well.
Cons
We are leaders in an evolving industry. Foraging a path means having to make the best decisions with the information available. As such, we've had to redirect the focus of the business as the market grows and changes. Sometimes hard choices must be made and it can be a bit of a gamble right now. Be flexible. Be okay with getting something wrong, learning from it and then turn it into something great. This is not a place to coast, you have to be engaged to succeed.

Cons
Hitting a fast moving target in an emerging and evolving space can be frustrating [especially when you're understaffed]. It can sometimes be difficult to get these teams all working in unison -- but it's quite magical when it happens.
