- The continuing shift to a product led SaaS company has allowed more autonomy for folks in the engineering organization - Management seems to be aligned with new direction of the company, including focusing more on core strategy rather than one-off enterprise deals - Quarterly hack weeks are great and projects often find their way into the product

- Like in most startups, the responsibility per engineer is high and can sometimes lead to stressful weeks.
