Pros
It is a very clean and professional environment whose primary focus centers on providing outstanding customer service. It was always a pleasure to go to work and most days went by very quickly. Trig's hires people with a variety of backgrounds and I was fortunate to work with some of the best. Customers were always satisfied with the service, store appearance, and the quality of merchandise. The owner, and company supervisors were often present for promotions and were always in good spirits. Their positive attitudes were contageous.
Cons
The schedule would be available on Thursday evening for the following week. Even though efforts were made when time off requests were submitted, not knowing your schedule until the Thursday before made planning time off with friends and family difficult.
