Pros

None. I was underutilized the entire time I was there, and they promoted some good-ol-boy with no experience in the position he was promoted to to take over the department I was already bored working in.

Cons

Planning for a conference in the same state I was working in that week, I coordinated carpooling with a group of coworkers. Despite the hard-line Trihydro safety culture, these coworkers decided one hour before our meet time that they were too busy to meet me half-way and carpool. "Call Uber and book some random driver to meet you in the middle of nowhere and drive you in!" Not safe at all for me as a female employee. Managers also think it's acceptable to book employees on long-term out of state projects without consulting employees first.

Not so good

Pros

On the surface management is supportive, pay is good, career development is promoted, and job share encouraged as is family-work-life.

Cons

It's an unethical organization that is top heavy with management. The upper management is fake and only protects those who as corrupt as they are. Not a good place to work.

Better than some consulting firms, but still not great

Pros

Annual bonuses are available, depending on your team or work unit. Annual raises are available too. Work can be interesting and allow career growth if you're hired to the right team.

Cons

Bad management and a lack of billable work. Though there are currently 17 locations shown on their corporate location map, DO NOT ASSUME you may transfer anywhere else once you are hired. In particular, they are desperate to get and keep people in Laramie, WY. Also, many co-workers desired to have raises commensurate with advancement in their job. As one grows and takes on more responsibility, that should be rewarded. Cube farm...no quiet. Woe to those who have to think to do their job well.
