Great 401k program. Work life balance. Flexible work schedule. Gym membership. Overall satisfaction with the type of people that work at the corporation. Calm and professional work environment.

Cons

Low overall pay. Some positions have little or no transferable skills. The hiring process took 3 months and I had to constantly call to determine my application status
