Anytime I need to be gone for a sick kiddo or family issue they have my back. If I'm not comfortable or don't feel safe they fix the situation and it's taken care of. They honestly want you going home to your family !!!!!

Cons

The only problem I have is not finding them sooner !!!

Great functional structure. Adequate compensation, excellent benefits package. Great IT infrastructure for the industry.

Diminishing integrity among management decisions. Some sense of the "good ole boys club." Over-worked and highly competitive amongst peers. WAY too much overhead red-tape/policies/health and safety requirements and not enough time alotted to comply with them Increasing buracracy
