Pros

The work with adolescents with mental health issues was very satisfying. There is great opportunity to learn more about the ever-changing field of mental health. The teams on the floor tend to work very closely together and seem to work in the facility for the right reasons, to help the kids.

Cons

The nursing management is poor. They are not part of a union and choose to promote based on reasons other than seniority and experience.

Pros

You're in a position of power over troubled youth who are being taken advantage of by this firm.

Cons

They will whine about how they're here against their will and how they haven't seen their parents for a while. We collect $50,000 a month in insurance funds to treat them under the guise of psychiatric illness. The truth is none of these kids are mentally deranged. Well, a few of them are but most are trouble makers and kids who ran away from home.
