Trillium is one of the most well run companies I've had the pleasure of working for. They treat employees incredibly well and seem to put in the effort to hire people who really enjoy their jobs and care about what they're doing. Very supportive team environment. The work can be challenging and very taxing but overall the positivity and connectivity in the workplace make the hard work more tolerable.

Cons

The work itself can be intense. Not a company to work for if you have a weak stomach or low threshold for stress or crisis.
