Business Outlook

Pros

Small, friendly office. Good opportunities to get involved with all aspects of the running of the company from an early stage. Working with some cool brands. I definatley got to do more here in my time than I would at most competitor companies, and I feel that has set me up well for my future career.

Cons

Small office caused some management issues. Management probably took a reactive rather than a proactive approach. Also think that the work became slightly routine, when we should have been trying to come up with more creative solutions which would drive better results for our clients.

Thank you for concern. There is a new management team in place. New products are being developed and the opinions of the employees are being recognized.
