Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent company with a good culture and great coworkers. Leadership on my project was excellent and great at managing client expectations so you could get your work done. Great benefits package as well. I also felt like job security was never a question - this is a SDVOSB that contracts with the federal government, and they have a ton of contracts.
Cons
Pay was a little low. I understood this to be because this was a smaller consulting firm that was competing for contracts with the larger established firms (and sometimes subcontracting to them) so they needed to bid lower than you usually would.
