My pros so far as I’m just now starting my position are how everyone really helps each other out and how much team work I really see throughout the whole day is really incredible you don’t see that most places and I believe that’s the main reason I’m loving my experience so far on top of being able to care for each resident and getting to know them has been amazing excited to continue my journey with this company

As I’m just now starting I haven’t seen anything I would put as a con at the moment
