      Get to work on challenging problems. Even sometimes failing to solve a problems but concluding it with proper reasoning as to why it failed so that it can be reattempted with new idead

      Hectic work. You often don't become expert of some tech stack expect for AWS services

      Sometimes you'll have to work on weekends also. Employee count is less , so you per head work increases a bit .
