Pros
Good pay, rapid promotions and hikes, awesome parties. Good learning and ownership. Great peers. Hiring policy is really great so you get to learn a lot from peers especially first year or so. Freedom to propose and design your own product from scratch which is lot more responsibility than what other companies give for people with this experience. First 3 months are CNU which can be hectic and frustrating but is a great experience after it is all over
Cons
Bad leadership, very few people involved in decision making process.can be hectic sometimes. Difficult to get good mentorship in some cases. Direction of product changes frequently which gives you experience of handling different situations but can be frustrating sometimes
