Pros

Overall a great course and a great community of like-minded learners! Being able to focus on the Front-End dev in the short 3-week period has helped me understand key fundamentals of Front End web development.

Cons

Heavy workload. Ruined work life balance. Less holiday. Long day work

Pros

Good learning curve as compared to other companies. The Bootcamp is awesome, one gets to learn a lot of open-source frameworks. The company funded outings are amazing. A stable company (in terms of funding) with a startup mentality. Ones get to start the project from scratch. Salary + Benefits exceeds anything in India.

Cons

Too agile. The business direction is not concrete. Too much monitoring. Scalability aspect is sometimes missing. Should have an inhouse chef.

Pros

- You get to work with best of minds in tech. - Relaxed and friendly culture. - Salary is really great and steep growth. - Good balance if not great given that you are upfront related to mutual expectation with your manager. I was made to install CrossOver(tracking software) of which I was not a fan at the beginning. But this info was used to track my working style with weekly feedback from career advisor that happens to also be our CEO. This feedback loop has been very good factor if you want to be more productive by creating time analysing your cycle. Work no more than 8 hours a week is strictly followed that also includes 1.5 hours of self learning(code reads etc). - Personal and professional development here is not just limited to technical skills but a lot more with end to end responsibility of your module.

Cons

- With great responsibility comes its burden as well. You grow and get used to this eventually. - At times business decisions gets in the way how a techie would think but it also has its ups. This might compromise the work quality for some time. But I believe this problem is everywhere.
