-Good Enough Salary. - 3 month Dubai Trip, all expenses covered.
Cons
- Model of the company is not sustainable. - No Mentorship. - No Senior Employees in the Company. When you join the company, you will be at the senior most position. Almost, All the senior employees have left the company. - No Serious Work. - No Learning. - No Motivation to work. You will know that the project you are working on will not be used by any of the companies, not even by anyone in your own company. - Very poor management. No one will take ownership of the product, and all the blame will come to the developers.

Pros
Good pay, rapid promotions and hikes, awesome parties. Good learning and ownership. Great peers. Hiring policy is really great so you get to learn a lot from peers especially first year or so. Freedom to propose and design your own product from scratch which is lot more responsibility than what other companies give for people with this experience. First 3 months are CNU which can be hectic and frustrating but is a great experience after it is all over
Cons
Bad leadership, very few people involved in decision making process.can be hectic sometimes. Difficult to get good mentorship in some cases. Direction of product changes frequently which gives you experience of handling different situations but can be frustrating sometimes
