Pros

Can get your hands on many things

Cons

Management does not know what needs to be done. Bad and old well paid management folks don't want to change for the best for the company and employees, and making wrong decisions. They figure out a way to get transfered from one division to another without being cut. Disaster

Pros

They do work hard at connecting new divisions. New acquisitions are the fastest way to add new technologies. They are open to new ideas.

Cons

Too disconnected to be leveraged. Better sharing of technologies is necessary. They also don't always tell theater about big wins.

Pros

Interesting work. Large company with independent locations. Some very intelligent and knowledgeable people work here. CEO is a nice guy w/o a lot of pretensions.

Cons

Company always looks for cheapest method. Each division resists change-- especially new technology and advanced research.
