      Pros

      You get to work with the Global team who are very knowledgeable. Collaboration is good and pay is great.

      Cons

      if anything it's just the time difference. You have to attend team meetings outside working hours.

      I am sure you will enjoy and learn new skills day by day and it's a friendly environment.

      Cons

      Network team had need to work on shift basis, but other team and groups are only do general shifts so no issue with other teams and groups except network and help desk team.
