Overall, it's a good company with great employees that care about what they do, and doing it right.
Cons
Do yourself a favor. Start at a high salary because if you don't, you will likely be subjected to the miniscule standard 2.8% raise. They shouldn't call it merit based as it's disappointing, especially when you consider how well the company did in 2025.
