      Pros

      Free coffee (though it won’t make up for the disappointment)

      Cons

      Annual salary hikes are a joke — if you even get one. Managers love motivational speeches but can’t remember the last time they approved a fair hike. Performance reviews feel like a formality to justify giving minimal raises, no matter how much you’ve contributed.

      Pros

      - Salary Package is great when you jump from other company as it is a product company. - Stock options are very good and other compensation wise benefits are really nice when compared to other companies. - Unlimited Leaves and less micro management - Nice work life balance - Lot of growth when you switch teams within the company

      Cons

      - Hiring Process is very slow. - Not too much latest tech. Depends on the team. - Promotion or career advancement will be delayed/low. - Lack of career growth as many projects don't have long term vision since the company has great work life balance and keeps everyone comfortable. - It Acquires lot of smaller companies then and there as a result of that large picture/goals wont be visible.
