Varied technologies and platforms. Fast paced development and good testing strategies.
Cons
Post-Covid assignments were not handled. Engineers with 16 years experience were not placed in other engineering positions when the European centered strategy changed. They were required to apply for positions with leet code testing, at the discretion of a newly acquired company that really had no openings. Our team had to scramble to contractor positions in defense to have jobs.
