      Cutting edge technology in the information systems group in relation to the operations side.

      Cons

      everything...IS management is set on who they hired versus who was already there when they management team was instilled. If you are not one of the chosen, you will be let go

      Entrepreneurial mindset is discouraged. Management will assign tasks to individuals that they know will fail in spite of being told of that probable outcome by the individual. It is mutually agreed to waste one's time to prove another manager wrong. People are pawns in some sick management game.
