Pros

Competitive compensation, flexible work arrangements, and great on-site amenities like coffee and gym access.

Cons

Frequent reorganizations aimed at market responsiveness. Multiple management layers sometimes lead to unclear tactical and strategic priorities.

Pros

Remote work options Big name to have on you resume

Cons

Low salary, no raises/promotions for years. Extremely slow-paced most of the time until they make up some arbitrary deadline for projects and expect everyone just goes along with that. No growth opportunities, no education besides Trimble Learn (which is not recognized anywhere if you want to switch jobs). Boring (duplicate) products.
