Cons

Under market salaries. Executive management lacks solid understanding of software, marketing and core business strategy. Growth through hundreds of acquisitions with no plan in place for integration = tons of redundancy and waste. Glass ceiling for woman. Absolutely no coaching, training or investment in employees. Tend to promote sales staff into senior level business managers. Culture of contempt and disrespect.
