Great people, poor management

Pros

Great people to work with and the work is interesting.

Cons

Management doesn't know how to manage people and use the strengths and skills they hire. There is very little room for career advancement or development. It's a place where you need to figure out what your job will be no matter what they hired you as.

Pros

Pay was ok. That is about it

Cons

No ability to control your work/life balance, as the company under-funds every project, changes it's mind daily, and works people to death.

Pros

Employees working here are very nice and always helpful. Company encourages employees to transfer to other departments and move around the company. Benefits and pay is good.

Cons

Like many big companies, change is slow to happen, as in process changes, even when they are necessary. However, management doesn't shy away from this change, but it can be slow going.
