Pros

Truly an international company. Lots of people movement between countries. Company is managed well financially. Facilities are first rate and the work culture is quite good.

Cons

The company feels like a disjointed set of smaller companies through acquisition and there doesn't seem to be an overall company mission. Acquisition decisions are very tactical. Compared to other companies I've worked for, the quality of the work force isn't that good.

Pros

Good Work Life Balance- Lots of good people- beautiful office

Cons

Lots of people let go indiscriminately. Many high value workers let go while many low value high wage workers retained. Short sighted company that acquires profitable companies and devalues their products overnight. Forced PTO.
