      Great place to work, but expect lots of chaos

      Pros

      Great benefits, great people, great campus. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Being in business for 40 years means lots and lots of tech debt. Expect slow processes, lots of red tape, redundancies all over the place, and lopsided org structures. Nobody really knows what's going on.

      Very siloed divisions with a marketing message that all of the software and hardware solutions are integrated, which is far from the truth. Has an extremely high level of micromanagement, you are only seen as a number.
