Pros

Innovative, hi-tech products, attracts top-quality engineers, in a large variety of vertical markets, in multiple centres of excellence.

Cons

Management are sometimes restrained by their impotence to make decisions based on sound engineering principles and listening to the customers. Difficult to understand the market's needs due to channel sales structure, meaning end users are the dealers' customers and not Trimble's. Company acquisitions are not truly successful at the engineering level.

Very rapidly declining morale consider employment elsewhere.

Pros

Continues to grow even with a bad ecomony. Friendly and smart people to work around. Laid back if you can get into the right job..

Cons

Company profits continue to increase while the employees benfits decrease. Management walks around with chip on their shoulder, and is very closed minded to employees needs.
