Pros

Well focused company. Limited internal politics. During the tough economic times of the 'Great Recession' unlike many employers Trimble did not use wide spread reduction of force as the only or prime way to deal with controlling cost. While there were many lay offs it was nearly as bad as at most companies. The workforce is very knowledgeable and generally works well together.

Cons

Some post Trimble Spectra Physics power plays.

Cons

the working pace is a bit slow compare to other companies in the industry, the product development cycles are king of long.
