Pros

Trimble is an excellent company to work for. Employees are extremely collaborative and communication is at the forefront. The executive team is totally transparent and approachable. Employee development is encouraged. Work is flexible and work-life balance is thankfully stress free.

Cons

Trimble acquires many companies & is therefore quite segregated in the way it runs. Most companies remain responsible for running their own operational structure.
