      Pros

      Some interesting business sectors. Work schedule allows time for family. Some people have made their whole career with this company.

      Cons

      Old fashioned policies and procedures, below average pay, not employee focused, not much fun, not much opportunity to advance or improve yourself. Some bad bosses, some difficult people to work with, some management decisions don't make sense, some acquisitions don't make sense, they don't spend money on employees, tools, or infrastructure.

      Great Benefits, Certain Sectors Pay Well/Managed Well, Others fall to the floor

      Pros

      Great benefit packages The people in various positions are very open and helpful. High end management seems to know the direction of the company and means well Friendly and helpful Staff (HR, Payroll, etc)

      Cons

      Pay was bottom of the barrel for certain sectors Mid-Management cares about numbers, not employee or customer satisfaction High End Management never investigated/ignored complaints High stress levels from internal sources (Mid-Management primarily) by running employee's with intimidation/fear (jobs being threatened). In addition they have, multiple times, prevented or stalled a promotion/move to other departments Constantly adding extra work (expanded work load and responsibilities nearly 3x) with no compensation

      Pros

      Trinmble offers good vacation time and stock options. They also have a pleasant work atompsohere. Employees and management are easy to work with.

      Cons

      New benefit plan is not that great. Annual Raises has been put on hold because of the economy until things turn around.
