Pros

Work life balance, time off policy

Cons

Bonus is not something to write home about. Have seen poor performing coworkers get promoted for failing, appeared to be for reasons not related to merit.

Pros

Some talented colleagues, but their contributions are often ignored. Exposure to industry tools and technology.

Cons

1. Discrimination & Bias: Promotions and opportunities are not based on merit but on favoritism. Employees from diverse backgrounds are undervalued and overlooked. 2.Toxic Culture: A workplace where management ignores concerns and fosters an environment of exclusion. 3.Lack of Employee Value: Hard work and expertise go unrecognized. Leadership does not invest in career growth or fair treatment. 4. Poor Leadership: Decisions are based on office politics rather than performance.

Pros

Not that I can think of

Cons

Nothing comes by deadline that was promised, everyone is slow yet working until midnight like 12am, partly unpaid. Toxic culture, no work life balance.
