Pros

My coworkers were all great people, and the Trimble building in Westminster is beautiful. The products are interesting, and it's possible to gain experience in many different technologies.

Cons

The pay was below average, and there were no indications from an individual contributor level that market research was done to set pay ranges. Efforts were only made to bring pay up to market levels when employees received an offer from another company.

Myopic management view in some divisions, repeated layoffs in some divisions, under-managed product/placement clashed among divisions, average benefits and salary at best.
